At this stunning Four Seasons Seattle wedding, LightSmiths transformed a bold design concept into a breathtaking reality that was previously thought impossible in the grand ballroom. From a custom ballroom-spanning truss structure to immersive room-wide draping, every detail was engineered to elevate the celebration. 

Our team layered pixel-mapped twinkle lighting, a luminous floral canopy with structural lighting, and mirrored elements to reflect every special moment — including a striking mirrored ceremony aisle and reflective dance floor. Elegant wireless up-lighting and pin-spotting completed the look, adding depth, warmth, and unforgettable ambience. This event showcases LightSmiths’ ability to push creative boundaries and bring visionary wedding designs to life.

Gian Events pitched several design concepts that were all but impossible to do in the Four Seasons ballroom. Challenge accepted! The concept for this wedding was one that would not have been possible without a unique design approach from LightSmiths:
