Microsoft CSU-ISD Corporate Event Lighting at Victory Hall Seattle

In February 2026, LightSmiths had the pleasure of providing full-scale event production for the Microsoft CSU-ISD group at one of Seattle’s premier industrial venues: Victory Hall.

Transforming a raw, brick-and-beam space into a high-energy corporate social requires a delicate balance of atmosphere and technical precision. Our goal was to honor the venue's historic character while integrating modern Microsoft branding and "Social Underground" themes.

To create a seamless guest experience from the cocktail reception to the main stage, LightSmiths provided:

  • Industrial-Chic Illumination: We utilized the venue’s soaring wood beams to rig custom crystal chandeliers, bridging the gap between raw industrial and high-end luxury.

  • Tent Draping: We used a blend of ivory and burgundy draping in the massive 40x200 tent to soften the lines and make the outdoor space more inviting.

  • Custom DJ Stage Production: A professional stage setup featuring synchronized wash lighting and elegant burgundy drapery to define the performance space for the main stage.

  • Ambient Lounge & Jaw-Dropping Bar Lighting: We placed our standeliers battery-powered euro crystal floor and table lamps in implicit areas to add warmth and class, and placed a statement crystal empire chandelier in the middle of the room on a motor for slow rotation for a 'can't miss' statement decor moment.

  • Branded Digital Integration: Supporting Microsoft’s visual messaging with precise placement of digital signage and "Social Underground" themed backdrops with our Seahawks-branded LED video posters. We also provided custom video content with vintage football games for all screens.

  • Outdoor Tented Production: A satellite bar setup under a grand event tent, featuring a mix of classic chandeliers and modern globe pendants for a cohesive indoor-outdoor flow, with LED trees to fill space and add strategic lighting decor.
